What does ReUp do?
ReUp Fundraising helps organizations raise funds by unlocking the value of used or idle smartphones, tablets and other electronic devices.  We pay better than market values for all electronics we process – with 100% of the donated proceeds paid to your organization.

How do I sign up my organization?
Simply register here to create a fundraiser. It will take a few seconds.  We’ll also provide you with a promotional toolkit, free shipping labels and assistance from a dedicated success manager to help you reach your fundraising goals.

Why is everything free – is there really no cost at all?
It’s true – we offer our recycling program, marketing, and customer support all for free because our business is fixing electronics. We can pay your organization to collect used or broken devices and then we can fix them up and sell them.

How do I make a donation?
Simply email or call us at 888-WHY-ReUp and we will email you a free shipping label.  Then just box it up and ship it in. It’s that easy!

How long does it take for my organization to receive funds?
All participating organizations receive cash payments on the 15th of each month.

How much money can we raise with ReUp?
You can raise unlimited funds with ReUp.   The value of each donation will depend on the make and model of the device.  For example, if 500 people each donate a used smartphone valued at $100 – your fundraiser would raise $50,000.  Request our buyback price list to give you an idea of the value of the most typical/popular devices.

What if a donor has a very expensive smartphone or tablet, like one worth $400 – will they really donate that too?
Yes, but they are more likely to donate newer models if they can keep a portion for themselves.  Good thing ReUp offers this feature! With your custom branded fundraising portal, donors can ‘trade-in’ their more valuable devices online and keep a portion for themselves – while still making a valuable donation to your organization.  Ask us more about this feature.

How does my organization track donations that are made?
We provide you with a simple-to-use online dashboard so you can view all activity.
